Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Please google a US based freight forwarder, and we will send your kit directly to them. Please be aware that you are responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs charges in your country.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers to include USPS, UPS and FedEx. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Can I return my product?
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. Please be aware that return shipping costs are your responsibility, as well as a 20% restocking fee.
Where are these products made?
It depends on the product. We work with the top manufacturers in the USA, Turkey, Europe, China, Taiwan and Japan.

Are these parts Genuine OEM or Aftermarket?
The parts we sell are definitely aftermarket, but meet and exceed the OEM standards and tolerances. All factories are ISO 9001 certified for quality control. If you are looking for genuine OEM rebuild kits, expect to spend an additional $2,000 to our prices.
